The humble lab coat, first designed in 1889 it has barely changed in 130 years. The problem however, it was designed specifically for me. So teaming up with Breast Cancer Research Australia, we decided it was time to honour the millions of women around the world who wear a lab coat daily, despite the fact they're not considered for them at all. 

We partnered with 10 Australian Fashion Designers who all reinterpreted the coat with women in mind. Once we had each individual lab coat, we ran a campaign showcasing the designs and bringing the facts to life, allowing people across Australia to bid and buy each piece through an online auction. 

In a huge success for Breast Cancer Research, every coat successfully sold with record numbers of people visiting and donating to BCRA throughout the campaign period, inspiring the campaign to run for a second time the following year.
